01. I have placed an Order. How do I know if it is confirmed?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation Email and SMS. It will include your order number and estimated time of delivery.
02. Are there any shipping charges?
There are no shipping charges above Rs. 599/- order value. However, there is a shipping charge of Rs. 40/- if the order value is below Rs. 599/-.
03. How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim at delivering the products as fast as we can. It generally takes 7-10 working days to fulfill the delivery. However, due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, flight delays, improper logistics infrastructure etc. the delivery might take longer.
04. How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order please write to us at help@themenessentials.com. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
05. How will I get refund for the cancelled order?
To get your refund please contact us at our customer support at help@themenessentials.com. Our executive will initiate the refund process. If you made the payment online, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7 working days of receiving the request from you. If you made the payment via COD, we will give you the credit points worth the same value of the order which you can redeem on your next order.
06. Return and Exchange policy
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchange or returns on our products.

In case of damaged/wrong products, contact must be made within 2 days of receipt of the products by email help@themenessentials.com notifying us.

08. What is the value of credit?
1 Credit is equal to Rs. 1/-.
09. How do I redeem my credits?
Step 1: Log into your account
Step 2: Add products your cart
Step 3: Click on check out
Step 4: Enter your shipping address
Step 5: Select the value of the credits that you have earned. Credit points are valid only on 25% order value.
Step 6: Click Apply
Step 7: Select the payment option
10. How do I earn Credits?
You earn credits on all orders placed on www.themenessentials.com and earn credits equivalent to 5% of the net value of the order. The credits will be only given once the order is successfully delivered.
11. When does the credits expire?
All credits will expire at the end of the financial year, i.e 31st March of every year.
12. Can I use any other discount coupon along with these credits?
The credits cannot be clubbed with any other discount coupon.
